In compliance with the provisions of article 59, letter. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which risk deteriorating or altering rapidly. For purchases made within www.vittoriapagliari.it, the purchased products must be sent to the sender's address unless otherwise indicated by Vittoria Pagliari Customer Service.

The only costs payable by the consumer Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, Vittoria Pagliari will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the consumer buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by re-crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Buyer with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same payment method used by the Consumer Buyer at the time of purchase

 

Vittoria Pagliari reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Buyer  consumer has not demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

However, if the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.
