Our shipping times vary from 3 to 5 working days (therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) depending on the immediate availability of the products in the warehouse or on productions in progress. Shipments to Italy The cost is €7.64. The day your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email and in about 24/48 hours you will receive a message directly from the courier with the tracking number to monitor your delivery. 

When delivering the products, we always advise you to check:

  • that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials, adhesive tape. 

What do I do if my package is damaged or there are items missing inside?

If you have received your order and the package is damaged, we advise you to accept the package with reservations and report it to the courier upon delivery.

In case of missing items, always write to the same email specifying which items are missing.

What do I do if I haven't received the package?

The couriers do their best to ensure that you receive your order on time and above all intact. 
Despite the attention, however, we cannot rule out the occurrence of drawbacks.

If a problem with the shipment of your order is highlighted by the tracking code, you can contact the courier directly to receive further information. 

If the courier needs our assistance (as sender), please contact Customer Service no later than 14 days from the shipment of the order.
